The Member Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the execution of the member experience and the operations of the Video Tellers and Member Service Center (MSC) department. This will require setting and aligning individual, departmental, and organizational goals that support the credit union’s values and strategic direction. Ensuring the proper policies, guidelines and procedures are in place, followed, and employees are held accountable to meet this goal through motivation, recognition, rewards, and performance management.
The Teller position involves providing outstanding member service through the execution of financial transactions and assisting members with their financial needs. The role places emphasis on fostering member relationships by proactively recommending products and services to meet their needs. They follow policies and procedures to actively prevent fraud, adhere to compliance standards and ensure accurate information is captured in applicable systems during member transactions.

The Office Services Assistant I ensures that the Front Desk is operated efficiently and accurately using both manual and machine-assisted processes. Greets Members, visitors, vendors, and employees professionally at all times. Directs Members to the Branch and ITM onsite and provides badge access as required to visitors and vendors. Also provides temporary badge access to active employees upon request. Follows department controls, policies, and functions to ensure efficient and accurate services are provided. Primary coverage of Front Desk with assistance to Office Services and Facilities teams tasks as assigned.

The Account Resolution Counselor II provides professional, prompt financial service to all members, with a strong emphasis on service. Responsible for the control, documentation and follow up of: delinquent consumer loans, delinquent real estate loans, delinquent credit card accounts, this included business and personal loans. All accounts are to be resolved in the best interest of the credit union by following established policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
The Personal Banker position involves cultivating meaningful member connections through an engaging and consultative approach. Key responsibilities include sale of products and services to members including opening new accounts and fundamental lending and auto lending processes while delivering a personalized and high-quality member service experience. They are knowledgeable in all products and services offered by the credit union. They follow policies and procedures to actively prevent fraud, adhere to compliance standards and ensure accurate information is captured in applicable systems during all member interactions.
This position will be responsible for reviewing and processing all incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers and the daily processing of duties related to ACH origination, research, returns, and exceptions. The Digital Lending Analyst is responsible for the overall management, configuration, and continuous improvement of CommunityAmerica’s Loan Origination Systems (LOSs). Assists with the management of ancillary and any integrated systems/services.
