Copper is seeking a Manager – Wealth Advisors to manage all Wealth Advisors working within a CommunityAmerica Credit Union branch location. The Manager – Wealth Advisors will work closely with the President of Copper to optimize the performance of these Wealth Advisors and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. The primary responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue, developing talent through sales training, and fostering strong relationships with our Wealth Advisors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture essential working relationships with Wealth Advisors.
  • Enforce sales goals set forth by establishing effective systems of measurement and oversight.
  • Assist with forecasting annual revenue and expenses to ensure revenue projections are met.
  • Train, motivate, and oversee the daily activities of Wealth Advisors mentioned above. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets performance expectations.
  • Partner with branch leadership to identify new and emerging talent to be developed through a structured sales training program, ensuring a robust pipeline of future wealth management advisors.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to facilitate the implementation of new and improved technology and services, serving as a liaison between IT and Wealth Advisors.
  • Enhance our branch referral program, tracking system, and implement a structured credit union staff training program.
  • Attend credit union functions, conferences, and other community meetings as necessary to promote the interests of CommunityAmerica Credit Union’s wealth management offering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years management experience; at least 5 years in the field of investments.
  • Series 7, 24, and 66 (or equivalent) and Life and Health insurance licenses required.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of wealth management and credit union operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive revenue growth and optimize program performance.
  • Must be able to be bonded.
