We are now accepting applications for the 2025 Paid Summer Internship Program!

 

As an Innovation Lab intern you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects within our Finance Operations team. You will also get to participate in a wide variety of corporate events that showcase our culture. These events include:

 

  • Lunch & Learns that provide an in-depth understanding of the credit union
  • Volunteer events within the community
  • Executive Roundtables
  • Social events with other interns
  • 1:1 mentoring
  • Networking events with Senior Leaders

Interns at CommunityAmerica Credit Union will receive a well-rounded experience that demonstrates the inner workings of a financial services institution, while being paired with a mentor who will help guide them throughout the internship. As an intern, you will be working alongside leaders throughout the organization, providing innovative solutions that help us help our community!

 

Program Dates: June 2nd, 2025 - July 31st, 2025

*Monday – Thursday (Off Friday)

Duties & Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

 

  • Build out financial education hub across our website, digital application, SMS and in person. Work to include
  • Competitive research and industry analysis
  • Customer discovery – interview users and build out actionable insights
  • Glean learnings from in person financial literacy program (300 – 500 students in person internship)
  • Assist UX/UI team with prototype
  • Build out education content for our new financial hub. 
  • Identify, promote, monitor and measure content that is educational, fun and helpful
  • Assist with other events and project as needed by the team

Requirements

Qualifications for Intern

 

  • Positive, takes initiative, is comfortable working independently. 
  • Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Demonstrated ability to summarize complex data and make recommendations
  • Ability to communicate in writing, in team settings and thru presentations.
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Skills in video editing, social marketing, UX/UI design, analytics preferred.
