2025 Summer Internship

We are now accepting applications for the 2025 Paid Summer Internship Program!

As a Member Experience Support Intern, you’ll get a chance to support the business on a variety of initiatives relating to sales processes and procedures, quality control, cash operations, and workforce scheduling. You will also get to participate in a wide variety of corporate events that showcase our award-winning culture.

• Lunch & Learns that provide an in-depth understanding of the credit union
• Volunteer events within the community
• Executive Roundtables
• Social events with other interns
• 1:1 mentoring from a senior leader

Interns at CommunityAmerica Credit Union will receive a well-rounded experience that demonstrates the inner workings of a financial services institution, while working alongside leaders throughout the organization to provide innovative solutions that help us help our community!

Program Dates: June 2nd - July 31st

*Monday – Thursday (Off Friday)

• Audit intranet resources to ensure content is current and relevant
• Reimage and create new quality control reports and management dashboards
• Perform data cleansing required to keep system data updated
• Compose technical operating procedures based on shadowing alongside subject matter experts

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week for the duration of the internship
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Team player
