GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist Client Servicing with daily functions. Provide high quality service to credit union partners, their members, and all internal employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Manage client servicing inbox and ensure timely follow up for task assignment and completion
  • Assist in preparing and distributing weekly and month end reporting
  • Assist with clients during and after implementation as questions and changes arise
  • Prepare and send announcements, reminders, and webinar links utilizing Constant Contact
  • Assist in prospect client research, data compilation, and outbound business development efforts
  • Schedule client engagement calls, prepare agendas, and assist with follow up items
  • Assist with client on-site visits including scheduling internal meetings, making reservations, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
  • Maintain PowerPoint Presentations and webinar system for both training/implementation.
  • Assist with scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes for implementation and post implementation calls and training
  • Assist with Web Direct system for client users. Creating and maintaining user accounts, credit union access, training, troubleshooting and reviewing/implementing changes based on enhancements by ICE. 
  • Promotes honest and open communication throughout the company

  • Work with other departments to ensure the workflow or process is providing the best service to our credit union clients and their members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Good knowledge of administrative functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to use word processing software
  • Ability to interact effectively with co-workers to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to be bonded.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time.  Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach or stand for extended periods of time

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is expected to work in general office environment and may have to travel for visits to other credit union facilities or for training purposes.

 

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus two or more years of experience in an administrative role is required.
  • Prior financial institution experience in a mortgage environment is preferred.
