GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform duties of the centralized “Disclosure Desk”, the team that is responsible for properly and timely sending borrowers all necessary and appropriate disclosures.

Duties & Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze and perform verification activities to ensure accurate loan file specifications.
  • Uphold compliance guidelines and timelines.
  • Monitor automation activity dashboards.
  • Follow established department procedure in the performance of Robotic Process Automation exception handling.
  • Observe, document, and report automation process anomalies to the Manager, Business Process Analysis staff using defined protocol.
  • Routinely participate in interdepartmental cross-training and related training activities to gain and/or improve understanding of processes and workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Basic knowledge of the disclosure/re-disclosure process (e.g., Change in Circumstance) and forms (e.g., Loan Estimate).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Possess pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Familiarity with loan origination system is preferred.
  • Ability to handle personal and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to be bonded.

 

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time.

Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach, or stand for extended periods of time.  Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is expected to work in general office environment and may have to travel for visits to other facilities or for training purposes.

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Associates degree in business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience performing disparate tasks in a complex environment required. Prior experience in mortgage lending originations and/or servicing preferred.
