GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Information Technology to lead our IT operations, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. This role is critical in shaping the future of our technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

• Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems and networks.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity policies and practices are in place and continuously improved.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology procurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Establish and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Take a hands-on role in architecture, troubleshooting, solution design, and development as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time. Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is expected to work in general office environment.
