This is a Part Time opportunity, 18-20 hours a week guaranteed, schedule is flexible.  Solution Center serves as the primary interface between the IT Department and credit union staff for all hardware and software related problems. Technicians are accountable for the monitoring and maintaining of CommunityAmerica’s desktop computer systems and applications including, but not limited to, network and infrastructure troubleshooting, printer support and maintenance, phone systems and hardware support, ATM first line support and any other technical problems, either over the phone, digitally or in person. If there are any issues or changes required with credit union technology, the Solution Center is the first line of resolution. Most importantly, as the business cannot afford to be without the whole system or individual workstations for more than the minimum time taken to repair or replace them, technical support is vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the organization.

The Director of Accounting, Controller (“Controller”) is responsible for the overall operations of the Accounting team, including but not limited to traditional corporate accounting functions (month-end close, A/P, Payroll, Fixed Assets) and traditional financial reporting functions that include monthly unconsolidated and consolidated CommunityAmerica financial statements, quarterly CALL report filing,  and internal management financial reporting.  The Controller leads the daily operational aspects of accounting including balancing the Fed account, daily and monthly account reconciliations, research and resolution of general ledger account differences.    The Controller leads the coordination of the annual external audit and regulatory examination and is   ultimately responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the financial results of the organization.  This position also serves an integral role in the adoption and ongoing application of ASC 326, Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL).  The Controller leads automation efforts of the accounting team and shares best practices with other operational areas of the business.  The Controller is responsible for identifying and evaluating processes, procedures, and applications currently in place and implement changes to meet strategic goals. The Controller provides ad hoc support to senior levels of management as requested.
