Job Summary
The Video Teller provides support and service to new and existing Credit Union members using ITM digital video interactions. Provides a prompt and professional member experience while focusing on building and enhancing member relationships to foster financial peace of mind.
**Schedule: M-F from preferred shift time (8-5, 8:30-5:30, 9-6, 10-7) and rotating Saturdays from 8am-4pm**
The Cash Operations Specialist coordinates the posting of ATM residual cash, cash replenishment, and cash deposit and adjustment transactions. This role balances related general ledger accounts and prepares required reconciliations. The position applies a working knowledge of ATM operations, supports operational efficiency through the use of robotic process automation (RPA) and partners with third‑party vendors to ensure effective cash operations. The Cash Operations Specialist is accountable for the timely and accurate completion of all assigned responsibilities.
This position will be responsible for reviewing and processing all incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers and the daily processing of duties related to ACH origination, research, returns, and exceptions. This position will understand and actively ensure compliance with ACH and wire regulations and policies.
