This individual will be responsible for leading and monitoring the daily operations of the Accounting Department, researching and resolving issues impacting the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.  This individual will identify and evaluate processes, procedures, and applications utilized by the department to maximize efficiency and accuracy of the financial records.     The Accounting Manager is responsible for the supervision of daily loan and investment accounting operations to include the efficient and accurate recording of loan originations and borrower activity, loan securitizations in the secondary market, gains/losses on loan sales, interest accruals, mortgage servicing rights, deferred servicing release premiums, investment purchases, sales and maturities, monthly mark to market of the investment portfolio, and monthly amortization of deferred origination costs associated with mortgage originations.  The Manager will assist staff with the research and resolution of issues impacting loan and investment accounting records as well as reviewing monthly account reconciliations and financial reports prepared by staff for internal and external users.   The Accounting Manager is also responsible for the generation and distribution of internal and external reporting to include CommunityAmerica financial statements as well as consolidated financial statements, components of the monthly ALCO materials, quarterly CALL report filings and annual audited financial statements.  The manager is the primary contact for the coordination of the annual external and regulatory audit.

Responsible for managing the physical damage claims, total loss claims, and GAP refunds for consumer and home equity loans. These duties include processing GAP refunds for indirect loans that payoff early, quoting payoffs, processing and posting payoff and physical damage and total loss insurance claim checks and releasing liens on vehicles. Process “Out of Country” letters, proof of paid loan letters and modification agreements for due date changes to consumer loans. CommunityAmerica is undergoing a complete digital transformation of our organization to meet the needs of our members now and in the future.  The Enterprise Architect plays a key role in defining and aligning technical strategy and solutions to deliver strategic business outcomes.    You will partner with business and technical teams to deliver Strategy, Solution Architectures, Current and Future state Architectures, Roadmaps and Patterns across multiple domains.    A successful candidate will have well-rounded experience in multiple technical disciplines, technologies and industry standard patterns.    As a leader and influencer, you must also have strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work effectively with all areas of the organization under minimal supervision.   This role reports to the Chief Enterprise Architect as part of the Enterprise Architecture team and will be a member of the architecture review board.

The Commercial Portfolio Manager (CPM) in partnership Commercial Credit and Commercial Relationships Managers (CRM), is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients, including expanding, building, and maintaining strong client relationships with a resulting high level of member satisfaction. This position equates to a CRM position in all aspects, with the exception, of external sales responsibilities for new business membership.  The CPM develops and maintains long term business relationships with clients. Connects members to community resources that can provide needed education and advice enabling members to expand their business potential for future banking needs with CommunityAmerica.  It is an expectation that the role with focus on continued development and depth of relationship with the assigned business members, while serving in a secondary support capacity on other more complex business member relationships.

As part of that growth, the Senior Commercial Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for cultivating relationships with members and potential members that translate into new business in addition to maintaining and growing existing relationships with business members.  Connects members to community resources that can provide needed education and advice enabling members to expand their business potential.  Ensures that products and services are delivered in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.  This position has an emphasis on small business to mid-size business, and will also serve as a department resource for SBA products and related processes.  The CRM is responsible for fully executing the sales process by engaging the entire sales team, including Treasury Management and Concierge Banking.
